The Bret Michaels Cocktail

We recently had a Name That Tune party, and I knew it needed a signature cocktail — and that I had to honor Bret Michaels. When I couldn't find an existing Bret Michaels Cocktail (how does this man not have an eponymous drink?), I came up with one of my own. The only must: making it as pink as the lipstick Bret and the boys rocked in Poison. After exhaustive research and development, I came up with this. My friend Lisa just asked for the recipe, so — because I'm a good, responsive friend — I whipped up small batch of Brets to shoot and post. Enjoy one or two of these, and I can almost guarantee you'll have nothin' but a good time. Recipe below. #bretmichaels #

Bret Michaels Cocktail

1 part Tito's vodka

1 part black cherry juice OR black cherry juice cocktail, which will be sweeter

1 part lemonade (prepared from frozen concentrate)

1 part ginger ale

You can make these individually or make gigantic batches for a party. Ball mason jars are super cheap and always make drinks more fun. I found the straws at Home Goods and Dollar Tree. Need stir sticks? Send me an email.
